Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below wherever they appear in these Terms & Conditions, the pui68 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policy document published on the pui68 platform.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the pui68 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of a Member's account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pui68 enforces a strict 21+ policy in recognition of applicable standards for online gambling in the Indonesian market. Persons under the age of 21 are expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or otherwise participating on the platform.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on pui68. Registering more than one account — whether under your own identity or using fabric ated, borrowed, or third-party identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Residency: pui68 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. You must ensure that accessing and using online gambling services does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pui68 or any other gambling operator or regulatory body.
• Non-employee status: Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of pui68 and its affiliated technology and payments partners are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in any promotional offers.

Account Registration

To access the full range of pui68 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and requesting withdrawals — you must complete the pui68 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted on the registration form.

By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete, and belongs to you personally.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.
• You are registering for personal recreational use only and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously held a pui68 account that was closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pui68 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pui68 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. KYC verification: pui68 may require identity verification (KYC) prior to approving withdrawal requests or at any point deemed necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo identification card (Indonesian KTP or equivalent), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the stipulated period may be suspended.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pui68 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pui68 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local Indonesian payment methods, including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available payment methods are displayed in the pui68 cashier and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the pui68 cashier for each available payment method.
• Deposits are credited to the Member's pui68 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but are typically immediate to within 5 minutes for e-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and within 15 minutes for bank transfer deposits during standard banking hours.
• pui68 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a registered Member account will be held in suspense and will be returned to the originating account after investigation. pui68 reserves the right to deduct administrative processing costs in such instances.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account held in the same name as the registered pui68 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Before processing a withdrawal, pui68 may require completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 3.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are between 1 and 24 hours from the time of approval, subject to the operating hours of the relevant payment provider. pui68 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during WIB (UTC+7) business hours.
• Bonus credit cannot be directly withdrawn; only winnings derived from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• pui68 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts above the standard threshold specified in the cashier.

Bonuses & Promotions

pui68 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the applicable promotion page and to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general rules, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• One bonus per offer: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per Member, per household address, per IP address, and per device. Circumventing this restriction through multiple accounts or device spoofing constitutes a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus credit is subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack) contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion. Certain game categories may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement completion.
• Maximum bet rule: While active bonus credit remains in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is Rp 200.000 unless a different limit is stated on the relevant promotion page. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus credit that has not been wagered within the applicable validity period expires automatically and is removed from the account without compensation.
• pui68 discretion: pui68 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. pui68 also reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse, collusion, or breach of these terms.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on pui68 are supplied by independent, internationally licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe. Each game is governed by the rules of the relevant studio and operates using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics independently audited for fairness.

Sportsbook: Bets placed on the pui68 sportsbook are subject to the sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. pui68 offers markets on domestic Indonesian football (BRI Liga 1), international football (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), esports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile), and other events as listed. Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed and binding once you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the stake is deducted from your account balance. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors, disconnection, or system failure will be void and the stake refunded.

Cancellations and voids: pui68 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or affected by an obvious pricing error. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the Member's account balance.

Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet, per game session, or per 24-hour period may apply and are published in the cashier and relevant game or sportsbook rules. pui68 reserves the right to apply such limits without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pui68 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the pui68 platform.
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the pui68 platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting through coordinated multi-account strategies, or any form of bonus abuse.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the pui68 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the pui68 platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pui68 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing pui68 from a Restricted Territory, or using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pui68 platform — including but not limited to the pui68 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pui68 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pui68 platform solely for personal recreational purposes as contemplated by these Terms & Conditions. This license does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, modification, or public display of any pui68 content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pui68 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the pui68 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including maintenance windows, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors in game outcomes attributable to the certified RNG systems of our licensed game studio partners.
• Any reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that contains typographical or technical errors, which pui68 reserves the right to correct without notice.

In any event, pui68's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy

pui68 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with the pui68 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on pui68, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pui68 uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit and applies industry-standard security practices to data at rest. pui68 does not sell Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Your continued use of pui68 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gambling regulations and the internal operating policies of pui68 as an internationally licensed platform.
